Introduction
A walk-in interview is scheduled to be held on 12/06/2023 for the engagement of 1 (One) Municipality Level Assistant Accountant. The purpose of this position is to monitor and maintain accounts related to the Cooked MidDay Meal Programme (CMDMP) on a contract basis. The initial contract period is for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance until the age of 65. Interested applicants must be retired government employees with a minimum of five years’ experience in accounts work in government offices.

Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for the position of Municipality Level Assistant Accountant, applicants must meet certain qualifications and have relevant experience. The applicant must be a retired Government employee with minimum five years’ experience of accounts work in Govt. Offices
Age Limit and Application Process
Applicants must not exceed the age of 65 years as of the date of publishing the interview notice. The walk-in interview will take place on the specified date at the designated location

Monthly Remuneration
The monthly remuneration for the post is Rs. 11,000.00 (Rupees Eleven Thousand) or the difference between the last basic pay drawn and pension, whichever is lower, as per Memo No. 20e(2t)-ES(CMDMP)/ESrr07/2012, dated 25/04/2013, issued by the Project Director, CMDMP, School Education Department, Government of West Bengal.
Importance of Self-Attested Photocopies
Candidates appearing for the walk-in interview are required to bring self-attested photocopies of each relevant document.

- Proof of Date of Birth
- PPO/Pension documents
- Proof of Educational Qualification
- Proof of address (EPIC/Aadhar)
- Experience Certificate issued from competent authority.
